山下有風，吹散本應相聚之人。二人異路——兩人各走一方；東趍西步——一東一西，方向相背。千里之外，不相知處——相隔千里，彼此不知去向。此為離散之悲：同行者被命運拆開，音訊斷絕。從蠱至師（地中有水），離散之局需以紀律重聚。腐敗既已將人心吹散四方，唯有如水藏地中之潛在力量——軍隊之組織與號令——方能收拾殘局，使離散者重歸一處。
