焦氏易林
匏瓠之恩，一畝千室。萬國都邑，北門有福。
By the grace of the gourd, one acre shelters a thousand households. Ten thousand states and their capitals -- the northern gate bestows its blessing.

注释
澤上有地，臨之繁衍。匏瓠之恩——匏瓠（葫蘆）之恩澤；一畝千室——一畝之地生出千室之果實。萬國都邑——萬國之都邑城市；北門有福——北門之方有福。匏瓠象徵多產之豐饒——一次播種，果實無數。詩從一粒種子追溯至萬邦繁榮。從臨至漸（山上有木），湖澤之即時滋養延伸為樹木在山坡上之耐心生長。風行山上，漸次將種子帶向高處。匏瓠一畝千室，正體現漸之核心：大事從小、從善養之始緩慢成長。
