地勢坤，厚德載物。北辰紫宮，衣冠立中——北極星居紫微宮，衣冠端正立於天之中心。含和建德，常受天福——懷抱和順，建立德業，恆受天之眷佑。紫宮為天帝之居所，北辰為眾星所拱。風行地上，觀之象：先王以省方觀民設教。觀者，不動而觀，不行而化。從坤至觀，大地之承載化為仰觀天象之智慧：天子居中而四方觀之，如北辰居所而眾星拱焉。坤德厚重，觀德深遠，合而為居中建德、不令而從之治道。
