電雷噬嗑，明罰之卦。剋身己整——克己修身。逢禹巡狩——恰遇大禹巡視天下。賜我玄珪——受賜玄圭，天命之信物。蒙受福祉。禹之巡狩為後世帝王巡幸之範，聖王以玄圭頒授疆土之任。從噬嗑至解（雷雨作解），雷雨交作，赦過宥罪。自我修正者遇天命之釋放：非逃脫，而是被認可。噬嗑之自律化為解卦之天恩——先正己而後天助。
