注释
電雷噬嗑，明罰之卦。斧斤所砟——斧鑿之傷，瘡痏不息——創傷不癒。鍼石不施——未施針灸藥石。下即空室——入空室，即入棺墓。此以木工之斧轉為傷害之器：本應修治之工具反成致命之刃，缺乏鍼石之救治則創傷必死。從噬嗑至益（風雷益），本為增益之卦。然此詩反其義：該增益者反成傷害，因矯正之力施用不當而無人補救。益之反面即損毀。
