山下有火,賁照識賢之君。君知聖哲——國君識得聖哲之士。鳴呼其友——呼喚召集賢友。鎮德之徒——德行堅定之人。可以禮仕——可以禮儀任用。此詩勾畫理想之次第:識才、公召、以禮任之。從賁至節,澤上有水:山之火化為水覆澤上。節之教為度量節制以定真序——聖人不僅須被發現,更須被安置於制度之內。賁之火為飾,節之水為制。識賢以禮任之君,正行此轉化:由欣賞而至有序之治理。
