注释
山附於地為剝，山下有雷為頤。原詩「危坐至暮，請求不得」——端坐至天黑，所求皆不得。「膏澤不降，政戾民忒」——恩澤不下，苛政害民。改寫詩以「空碗覆案，竈冷灰寒，母呼兒歸，無食可端」具象化此意。從剝至頤，山之剝蝕本應轉為口之養育，然此處口中空空。頤卦之義在「慎言語，節飲食」——當養而不養，為頤之反。雷在山下不能發動，滋養之理存而不行。政之不仁即養之不至，百姓如無食之兒，呼之不應。
