郤大墻壞，蠹眾木折。狼虎為政，天降罪伐。
When the crack is wide the wall crumbles; when the borers are many the wood snaps. Wolves and tigers hold sway; heaven sends down punishment.

注释
山附於地為剝，澤上有風為中孚。郤大墻壞——大牆崩塌。蠹眾木折——蛀蟲甚多，木材折斷。狼虎為政——狼虎之輩把持政事。天降罪伐——上天降下懲罰。蠹蟲蛀空棟梁，大牆由內而外坍塌；狼虎之臣橫行，天不能忍而施罰。或暗指晉國三郤之富半公室、家半三軍。從剝至中孚，山之外在剝蝕映照內在之蛀空。中孚之精義在誠信直透肌骨——「豚魚吉」，至微之物亦能感通。然此詩中骨髓已被蠹蟲吞噬，誠信蕩然無存。
