眾神集聚，相與議語。南國虐亂，百姓愁苦。興師征伐，更立賢主。
The assembled spirits convene, deliberating together in counsel. The southern kingdom is cruel and in turmoil; the hundred families grieve and suffer. Raising an army to march in conquest, a worthy lord is installed anew.

注释
山附於地為剝，火在水上為未濟。眾神集聚，相與議語——眾神聚集共商。南國虐亂，百姓愁苦——南方之國暴虐，百姓苦不堪言。興師征伐，更立賢主——興兵討伐，另立賢君。眾神議事為天界決定人間命運之模式。南國之虐、義師之征、賢主之立，構成完整革命敘事。從剝至未濟，舊山徹底拆除而新秩序尚未成形。火在水上，尚未各歸其位，然討暴之師已發，此為走向終成之第一步。「慎辨物居方」——未濟之教在審辨萬物之位。
