注释
內執柔德，止訟以默——內守柔順之德，以沉默止息爭訟。宗邑賴福，禍災不作。從無妄至咸（山上有澤），變化追蹤內在之柔如何創造外在之感應。咸卦山上有澤，以虛受人，山靜而水聚其上，彼此感應而無須施力。「內執柔德」直應此感通之機。訟非以辯止之，乃以不爭止之。純真遇感應，所得非轟烈之勝而是靜默之和——宗族邑里自不生災。
