山下有雷化為明出地上之晉,頤養之力化為進步之明。兩虎爭鬭,股瘡無處——勢均力敵之猛獸互相撕裂,遍體鱗傷。然不成仇讎,行解欲去——仇怨未結,雙方散去。兩虎之鬥窮盡攻擊之力,卻以放下收場。從頤至晉,血戰之後迎來日出:火自地升,照亮前路。進步在此非指勝利,而是知所退止、任曉光替代昏暗之智慧。晉之「自昭明德」,始於放下養虎之爭。
