焦氏易林
踧行竊視，有所畏避，蔽目伏藏，以夜為利。
Creeping forward, stealing glances; there is something to fear and avoid. Covering the eyes, hiding away; taking the night as advantage.

注释
明出地上，晉之象。然「踧行竊視」——縮身而行，偷偷張望。「有所畏避」——有所畏懼而回避。「蔽目伏藏，以夜為利」——遮掩目光，伏地而藏，以黑夜為掩護。此詩寫逃亡或潛伏之人：步步驚心，目光閃躲，暗夜是唯一的盟友。從晉至頤（山下有雷），頤為養生之卦——慎言語、節飲食。逃亡者以夜為利，正是最極端之「節」：少食、少言、少動，僅取維生所需。光明之進取退化為暗中之求存，頤養之道此時只剩求全。
