山上有澤,咸感之象。然南國凶飢,民食糟糠——非食人之食,乃食畜之料。少子困捕,利無所得——年輕者陷困,一無所獲。南國在漢代語境多指楚地,本為豐饒之鄉而今淪為飢荒。從咸至履(上天下澤),感應化為踐履之象。履虎尾而不見咥——弱者行於強者之上。然此處民已飢困,每一步皆險:感應既絕,大地不應人之需,行路無非蹈虎尾。
