注释
雷風恆，夫婦之道。簪短帶長——簪太短帶太長，衣飾不稱身。幽思苦窮——暗中憂思，窮苦交加。瘠蠡小瘦——消瘦枯槁。以病之隆——疾病日益嚴重。恆者持久，然此詩所恆者非健康而是病苦。簪帶不合象徵身心失調，幽思無解耗損精神，持久的折磨化為持久的衰竭。從恆至咸（山上有澤），咸者感也，陰陽交感。然此處的感應是病態的——持久的思念化為持久的消耗，感而不遂則成疾。恆與咸本為序卦相鄰之夫婦二卦，此詩示夫婦之道一旦失衡，恆反成病。
