雷風恆，不竭之象。五岳四瀆——五嶽與四大河流。合潤為德——匯聚潤澤成為共同之德行。行不失理——行事不違天理。民賴息福——百姓安居樂業而享福。五嶽四瀆為中國神聖地理之框架，其合潤為德，象徵天地之恩澤匯聚為治國之本。從恆至井（木上有水），井者不改不遷，汲之不竭。恆之持久化為井之永恆——水自地下源源而出，不因歲月而枯。恆之至善在於合乎天理，如五嶽四瀆各循其道而潤澤天下，民自安而福自至。
