注释
雷風恆，立不易方之象。履不容足——鞋窄不能容足而行。南山多棘——南山之路荊棘叢生，寸步難行。毋出房闥，乃無疾病——不出門戶方保平安無恙。恆者本宜行之不已，然此詩警示：若外境盡是荊棘，則持守不出反為上策。從恆至訟（天與水違行），天水相背，上下相爭。恆定之步伐一旦踏入紛爭之地，則步步受傷。不如退守內室，以靜制動，不涉訟端方免其咎。
