注释
天與水違行，訟。然遠方邊民——自邊境哨站與康居國——慕仁入朝。「區脫」為漢匈邊境緩衝之地；康居為中亞絲路大國。設「湛露」之宴——出《詩經·小雅·湛露》，天子宴諸侯之禮。三爵畢恩——三觥禮成，賓主盡歡。來者復歸舊廬，安然而返。從訟至恆，雷風相與，持久不易。恆之持久在此表現為外交之恆心：德行投射如此穩定，連遠方之民亦被吸引、宴饗、安然歸去。紛爭化為長久之和。
