注释
天下有山，遯之象，君子遠小人而不惡。軟弱無輔，不能自理——孤立無援，難以自持。意在外野，心懷勞苦——志向在曠野之外，心中承受辛勞。然「雖憂無殆」——有憂而無危。從遯至乾（天行健），退避之勢化為自強不息之力。退者非逃，乃聚力也。遯之山下有天，退而蓄天之德；至乾則純天無山，所蓄之力化為自行運轉之剛健。憂而不殆，正是以退為進、由依附走向自立之關鍵轉折。
