山下出泉，蒙之象也。日月相望，光明盛昌。三聖茂承，功德大隆。「三聖」可解為周之文王、武王、周公——三代聖人前後相承，積德累功，開創周室之盛。從蒙至謙，地中有山：謙為至卑之象，然內蘊至大之實。蒙昧初開之人仰望三聖之光，方知真正之偉大不在張揚而在謙抑。日月之明與地中之山並存，最璀璨之文明恰恰建立在不自矜的聖德之上。
