雷雨作，解之象也。下擾上煩——下層騷亂、上層煩困。蠹蠱為患——蟲蠹蠱毒為害。歲飢无年——歲荒無收。上下皆疲，蟲害加劇，飢饉將至。從解至損，山下有澤：損下益上，然此處上下皆困，無所可損。解脫後發現家底已空、儲備耗盡，損之減省非自願而是被迫。懲忿窒欲之道，在此已成求生之策。
