注释
山下有澤，損之象。四手共身——一體多首，各有所欲卻無法協調。「莫失所閑」——各守其位方可安穩。然「更相放接，動失事便」——彼此爭奪，每動輒失時機。從損至蒙（山下出泉），山仍在而澤化為無方之水，如蒙昧之童不知所往。損之要在知所取捨；蒙者恰缺此辨識之力。共事者若不能各安其分、各損所當損，則手足相礙，反不如獨行。
