Virtue spreads and flows forth, blessing the four directions. The Rain Master sprinkles the roads; the Wind Lord drives calamity away. On the royal tour to the sacred peak, the sovereign announces the work's completion.

風雷益，變為復（雷在地中）。德施流行，利之四鄉——德澤廣布，惠及四方。雨師灑道，風伯逐殃——雨神淨路，風神驅邪。巡狩封禪，以告成功。此為聖王治世之極致：天地和順，連風雨之神亦為前驅。封禪為祭天地之至高儀式，宣告大業已成。從益至復，一陽復始，雷在地中。增益之德完成一個循環：所施之恩已化為天地自行再生之力。
