風雷益，變為姤（天下有風）。土階明堂，禮讓益興——泥階通明堂，傳為堯帝宮室之簡樸，禮讓之風日盛。雄二相得，使民無疾——兩位賢者和合，百姓無疾無災。土階明堂為上古帝堯之治象：治所簡樸而德澤廣遠。二賢相得益彰，以讓代爭。從益至姤，后以施命誥四方：天下有風，號令四達。自謙卑之位發出之善政，無需強力即能遍及天下。
