天下有風，然此風勸人歸田。「進仕為官，不若復田」——入仕做官不如回鄉務農；「獲壽保年」——如此方能保全壽命。此為退隱之小品：官場之遇與田園之安相較，後者完勝。從管仲到陶淵明，中國思想中此一主題反覆出現。從姤至困（澤無水），澤中無水——仕途枯竭，官場之井已乾。困卦致命遂志，在此處之「志」即歸田之志。姤之遇合面對權力時，明智者選擇不接受這場邂逅。
