澤上於地，萃也。原詩曰：齎貝贖狸——攜寶貝欲贖回野貓。不聽我辭——對方全不理會。繫於虎鬚——被綁在虎鬚之上。牽不得來——用力拉扯亦無法牽動。每一次努力皆徒勞：以財贖之不成，以力牽之不動，談判無效，蠻力亦無效。從萃至蹇（山上有水），聚合之力遇到不可逾越之障礙。水積山上而不能下流，聚集之資源面對頑固之對手毫無用處。蹇之智慧在於反身修德——與其徒拉虎鬚，不如收回力量，內省自修，以待時機。
