地中生木，升之象。假文翰翼，隨風偕北——借助文章之翼，隨風向北飛翔，以文化教化傳播至遠方。至虞夏國，興愛相得——抵達如虞、夏盛世般之邦國，君民相愛相得，禮義興行。年歲大樂，邑無盜賊——年復一年歡樂太平，城邑之中無偷盜劫掠之患。文明之光隨風而至，蠻荒之地化為樂土。雷風為恆（君子以立不易方），持久不變、立定方向之象。從升至恆，上升之勢固化為持久之穩定——文化教化所至之處一旦確立和諧，便能以其內在之融貫長久維持，不待外力而自行持續。
