木上有水，井均其養。然大輿多塵——大車揚起漫天塵土，遮蔽視野，小人傷賢。皇甫司徒使君失家——皇甫氏在漢代為顯赫世族，此處或指某位權臣僭越，令主君反失其居。大車揚塵喻權勢喧囂遮蔽清明。從井至大有（火在天上），豐盈過甚反為其累。井之均分為大有之溢滿所壓倒：權柄落入不當之手，持盈不知止，家主反成流亡者。
