木上有水，井迎來者，不拒不拘。望風入門——聞其名聲而自來，來到我鄰，餔吾養均——共享飲食，均分而無偏。此為善治之吸引力：人自來歸，非招而至，唯因井養之可靠。從井至既濟（水在火上），水火各居其位，至平衡之象。井之開放好客達既濟之理想：各安其位，賓主同養，火暖水而水活火，相養相成。既濟非終結，乃萬象各得其所之完美一刻。
