High plateau, steep mountain; the upland soil has few springs. Grasses, trees, and forest at the foothills; blessed to store what is gathered.

注释
澤中有火，革之象也。高原峻山，陸地少泉，然草木林麓卻生意盎然，嘉得所蓄。革去舊制，乾道繼之。天行健，君子以自強不息——變革之後，新生之力自行充盈，不待外援。即便地勢高燥、泉源匱乏，草木仍能就地蓄養而茂盛，根深者自有生機。從革至乾，舊制既除則天道自行運轉，萬物各安其所，無需外力灌溉，自有勃發之勢。此即革命最理想之結果。
