上六 君子豹變。小人革面。征凶。居貞吉。
Six at the top means: The superior man changes like a panther. The inferior man molts in the face. Starting brings misfortune. To remain persevering brings good fortune.

注释
澤中有火，革之象也。南山之陽，華葉鏘鏘，生機勃勃。嘉樂君子，為國寵光。火在天上，大有之象也。南山向陽之坡受日最盛，草木華美繁茂，枝葉交映有聲。君子以德為國增光，受寵而不驕，如南山之陽——得天之照而華采自生。從革至大有，變革之火不再焚燒而高懸天際，照耀萬物。經歷革新而德行不墜者，正如南山向陽之面，光華煥發，成為邦國之寵榮。
