雲上於天，需之蓄養。大口宣舌，神使仲言——張口宣告，神靈使其代言。黃龍景星，出應德門——黃龍與景星同現於德門之前。黃龍為聖世之瑞兆，景星為明君在位之祥瑞，二者並出即天意之最高確認。與福上天，天下安昌——福澤上達於天，天下太平昌盛。從需至萃（澤上於地），等待之養化為萬物會聚之勢：澤水聚於大地，人民自然歸附。德之充盈至極，天亦以最華美之瑞兆回應聚會之所。
