Nine in the fourth place means: The curtain is of such fullness That the polestars can be seen at noon. He meets his ruler, who is of like kind. Good fortune.

焦氏易林
馬服長股，宜行善市。蒙祐諧偶，獲利五倍。終日在市，詰朝獲利。既享嘉福，得之以義。
A long-shanked horse in service, fit for travel and fine trade. Blessed with a harmonious match, gaining profit fivefold. All day at market, by morning the profit arrives. Having enjoyed such blessings, one obtains them through righteousness.

雷電皆至為豐，馬服長股，宜行善市。蒙祐諧偶，獲利五倍。終日在市，詰朝獲利。既享嘉福，得之以義。此為商賈之吉占，利潤豐厚而取之有道。長腳之馬善於行旅，市場之中得利倍增，然強調「以義」——非巧取豪奪而是正當經營。從豐至復，雷在地中之象：商人外出貿易而歸來獲利，正如陽氣復歸地中，一往一返，循環不息。先王以至日閉關、商旅不行，示回歸修整之必要。
