Nine at the top means: Penetration under the bed. He loses his property and his ax. Perseverance brings misfortune.

天陰霖雨，塗行泥潦。商人休止，市无所有。
Heaven overcast, long rain falls; roads become rivers of mud. Merchants cease their trade; the market has nothing.

注释
隨風巽，化為雷電皆至之豐。天陰霖雨——天色陰沉，連日淫雨。塗行泥潦——道路泥濘，積水橫流。商人休止——商旅停擺。市無所有——市集空無一物。此為天候癱瘓經濟之象——霪雨不止，道成泥沼，商業停頓，攤肆空虛。從巽至豐（雷電皆至），豐本為極盛之象，雷電齊發乃最輝煌繁榮之閃光。然此處之「豐」乃雨水之豐而非貨物之豐。本當交易繁盛之市集寂然無聲。風攜來的是烏雲而非客商。豐盈失當——多了不該多之物——非但不成繁榮，反成蕭條。
