麗澤兌，歡悅之象。秋南春北，隨時休息。處和履中，安無憂凶。如候鳥隨季節遷徙，知進知退，守中道而行。從兌至大畜（天在山中），歡悅化為深厚之蓄積。大畜「多識前言往行以畜其德」——以見聞之廣蓄德於內。隨時而動、適時而止，正是畜德之功。天藏於山中，不急於出，順應節律而行，此為大畜之安。
