澤上有水，節以層級有序。履階升墀，高登崔嵬——一步一級，從門檻至殿堂至巔峰。福祿洋溢，依天之威。此為循序漸進之升遷：每一步皆有依據，每一級皆得天命之佐。從節至蠱（山下有風），有序之攀登轉為振衰起弊。風行山下，搖動沉滯。登高者非僅享其尊榮，更負修繕積弊之責——唯循正途升至高位者，方有資格革故鼎新。節之制度化為蠱之振民育德，層層節制正是改革之根基。
