Nine in the second place means: A crane calling in the shade. Its young answers it. I have a good goblet. I will share it with you.

六三 得敵。或鼓或罷。或泣或歌。

九五 有孚攣如。无咎。

注释
澤上有風，中孚本為誠信。原詩「齊魯爭言，戰於龍門。構怨結禍，三世不安」——齊、魯兩國積怨甚深，戰於龍門，仇恨延綿三代而不解。春秋時齊魯之爭為最持久之邦交衝突。從中孚至謙（地中有山），誠信本應化為山藏地中之謙遜——力量隱於卑下。然詩示驕傲取代克制之後果：爭端升級，仇恨世襲，創傷跨代而不癒，皆因無人肯先低其山。謙之道在先讓，不讓則無解。
