老慵多郤，弊政為賊。阿房驪山，子嬰失國。
Old and lazy with many flaws; corrupt policies become traitors. Epang and Mount Li; Ziying lost the kingdom.

注释
澤上有風，中孚之信。老慵多郤——年老懶惰，積弊叢生。弊政為賊——敗壞之政令即國之盜賊。阿房驪山——秦始皇之阿房宮（未竟之巨宮）與驪山陵（浩大之帝陵），窮奢極侈之象徵。子嬰失國——秦末代君主子嬰僅在位四十六日（前207年），即降劉邦。從中孚至姤（天下有風），誠信遇風行天下之姤。姤為意外相遇。然此處迎面而來者非良機，乃覆滅。風傳腐敗之令，帝國已空，前來迎接王座者唯推翻而已。
