水在火上，既濟之序。魚鱉貪餌——魚鱉貪食餌料。死於網釣——終斃於漁網釣鉤。受危國寵——接受危亡之國的恩寵。為身殃咎——反為自身招來禍殃。貪餌之魚與逐利之臣同構——皆因不識危局而自取其亡。從既濟至明夷（明入地中），完成之序化為光明沒入地中之明夷。既濟之世轉為險境，不見天色漸暗者終被吞噬。明夷之道在韜光養晦，貪餌之魚恰缺此自制之明。
