水在火上，既濟之序。跌足息肩——跌倒歇肩，疲憊不堪。有所忌難——前路有所畏懼。金城鐵郭——築金城鐵郭。以銅為關——以銅鑄關隘。藩屏自衛——設藩籬屏障以自衛。安止無患——安然無恙。疲憊之際不逃而築——以防禦代替退卻。從既濟至益（風雷益），完成之序化為風雷相益之象。益之增長非來自擴張，而來自智慧之鞏固。鐵壁非攻擊而為基礎建設，將脆弱轉化為可持續之堅強。
