地中有水，師之象，眾中有序。雀東求粒，為飢所驅而誤入羅網之域——小雀覓食東飛，不意落入捕網之地，飢迫而失察，遂陷於險。賴逢君子，脫復歸息——幸遇仁者解網釋之，得以歸還安息。從師至需（雲上於天），軍旅之急轉為從容以待：不須拼命覓食，雲聚天上，天將降雨自有甘霖。君子之救即需卦之核心——危難非以力爭可解，恩澤與時機方能帶來掙扎所不能得者。
