地上有水，比之象也，萬流歸聚，邦國親附。詩言繼祖復宗，追慕成康之治。成王、康王在位之世，刑措不用四十年，天下太平，禮樂大備，光被萬國。此即周室盛世之象。從比至乾（天行健），寓意深遠：團結親附之力若臻至完善，便可生發出自強不息之天道能量。始於邦國互依之盟，終成不假外力之剛健自行——合群之德化為獨立自生之勢。
