注释
地上有水，比也，本聚同行。然二人異路——兩人各行其道。東趍西步——一人趨東，一人步西。千里之行，不相知處——千里之遙，互不知彼此所在。詩為合中之離：二人皆在行路，皆在前進，然方向截然相反。從比至損（山下有澤），山居上而澤在下，損下以益上。詩體現損之核心：紐帶斷裂時，一方之得即另一方之失。分離本身即為損減——非損財物，乃損使二人完整之關係之網。
