地上有水，比之親附。然聯盟之力若被武裝利用，滅頂之災隨之而至。千歲之墟——千年古城被大國攻屠，化為廢墟。不見子都——子都即公孫閼，鄭國美男子，《詩經》云「不見子都，乃見狂且」，《孟子》云「不知子都之姣者，無目者也」。其人不見，意味文明精華蕩然無存；城空無家，生靈盡去。從比至師（地中有水），親附轉為軍事動員——水聚地上為和平之盟，水藏地中則為戰爭之師。
