Nine in the fifth place means: If you are sincere and loyally attached, You are rich in your neighbor.

上九 既雨既處。尚德載。婦貞厲。月幾望。君子征凶。
Nine at the top means: The rain comes, there is rest. This is due to the lasting effect of character. Perseverance brings the woman into danger. The moon is nearly full. If the superior man persists, Misfortune comes.

The assembled spirits gather together, conferring and deliberating. The southern land is empty and in turmoil; the common people suffer toil. They raise an army to campaign; and set up a worthy lord.

風行天上，化為雷出地奮之豫。眾神集聚，相與議論天下之事：南國虛亂已久，百姓勞苦不堪。遂決議興師征伐，更立賢主以安天下。從小畜至豫，柔蓄化為雷動之決斷。豫之象為先王作樂崇德、殷薦上帝——禮樂與征伐並行不悖。眾神之會議正合聖王出師前祭告天地之禮。文德蓄養既畢，時機已至而要求果斷行動：大軍出征，舊秩序掃除，天命歸於有德之新主。
