注释
上天下澤，誡妄求之禍。涉伯徇名而棄禮，終招誅身之禍。不得其道，成子奔燕以避難。此或指春秋某人為求名聲而廢禮義，以身殉名；另一人見機不可而出奔保全。從履至頤，山下有雷：真正的滋養在於慎言語、節飲食。棄禮徇名者反其道而行——精神枯竭而虛名徒肥。頤之道在養正，非養虛名也。
