上九 視履考祥。其旋元吉。
Nine at the top means: Look to your conduct and weigh the favorable signs. When everything is fulfilled, supreme good fortune comes.

上天下澤,行旅得意外之豐。踰江求橘而併得大栗,烹羊食肉,飲酒歌笑。所求者得,未求者亦至。場景歡暢,旅途之成超乎預期。從履至大過,澤滅木:豐盈溢出其器。謹慎之行止引來超常之富足,唯有歡宴方能回應。然大過亦有警示:棟橈之象提醒,過滿則傾,盈極則危。獨立不懼者方能承此大過之福。
