Peach and plum bear flower and fruit, swelling day by day. Growing large and ripening; sweet and delicious, fit to eat.

注释
天地不交之否，然桃李花實累累，日日增長。長大成就，甘美可食——果實飽滿，甜熟待採。從否至剝（山附於地），否之閉塞遇剝之剝蝕。然詩唯寫成熟與甘甜。悖論之解在剝之隱義：剝去者為皮殼，非為果實。秋天落葉之樹早已結好果實——剝之剝落是去蕪存菁。否世之中萬物似在凋零，然果實在剝落中反得顯露。即使結構瓦解，甘美之核心猶存。否與剝之交會不全為凶——有時，剝除才是成熟。
