雷出地奮，然兩足不獲，寸步難行。疾步不能，後旅失時——行軍或出使之隊伍開局即廢，前進無力，後隊脫期。從豫至泰（天地交），泰為最通暢之卦：天地交泰，萬物亨通。然腳傷者何以至泰？此詩以反諷示警：太平之局需持續穩健之行進，非一時振奮所能至。急於求成而根基不穩者，連起步都成問題，遑論抵達天地交通之境。
