焦氏易林
茹芝餌黃，飲食玉瑛；與神流通，長無憂凶。
Eating lingzhi, swallowing the golden elixir, drinking jade essence; communing with the spirits, long free from worry and misfortune.

雷出地奮，然此詩之奮非世俗之歡，乃修仙之途。茹芝餌黃——食靈芝、服黃精；飲食玉瑛——啜玉液瓊漿。與神流通，長無憂凶——與天地精神往來，永離災咎。此為道家辟穀養生之理想：以山中靈藥代五穀，以修煉化腐朽為神奇。從豫至蠱（山下有風），蠱為整治腐敗之卦，風行山下以振民育德。修仙之術恰為蠱之精義：將身體之衰朽轉化為靈性之生機，以內丹之功革故鼎新。
