山下有風，蠱尋庇所。天之奧隅——上天隱秘之角落；堯舜所居——堯舜聖王所居之所。可以全身——可以保全自身；保我邦家——護衛我之邦國。「天之奧隅」喻超越腐敗所及之聖境——神話中聖王與自然完美和諧之域。堯舜為仁政之最高理想。從蠱至漸（山上有木），體制之敗壞須以漸進之有機生長來醫治。木在山上緩慢生長，年輪即是耐心修養之歲月。聖王之居非目的地，乃方向——步步前行，德行漸成。
